Fast help without sharing credentials.

Account or password help

Open Password Recovery and enter your Sonar account email. If it matches an account, Sonar sends a private one-time reset link that expires after one hour.

Billing and cancellation

Open Account and choose Manage Billing. Stripe's secure customer portal lets you update payment information, download invoices, or cancel renewal. Sonar never needs your card number.

Chart or feed issue

Include the approximate time, displayed market ticker, and the message shown by Sonar. Do not send trading-account credentials, API private keys, passwords, or payment-card details.

Security

Sonar support will never ask for your password, Kalshi private key, one-time authentication code, or full card number. Access is limited to one active session per account; a new sign-in ends the previous session.
